Deal – AYACHE alongside ICG on the senior secured bonds financing in the context of the acquisition (LBO) by WENDEL of the Scalian Group
On 17 April 2023, Wendel announced entering into exclusive negotiations with the intent to acquire the Scalian Group, with part of the consideration for the acquisition to be financed by senior secured bond financing granted by Intermediate Capital Group (ICG).
