Chausson Matériaux has signed an agreement with OpenGate Capital to acquire Bois & Matériaux.

Our Corporate Finance and Tax teams are advising Chausson Matériaux on its acquisition of Bois & Matériaux.

Founded in 1921, Chausson Matériaux is headquartered in Toulouse, France, and distributes building materials including heavy-side, roofing, wood, insulation, tiling, tools, and hardware throughout France.

With this takeover, Chausson Matériaux will become the second largest French distributor of building materials.
